All GreyLink devices are covered for 5 years under your agreed operating conditions. If the device fails through normal operation within that period, we will repair or replace it — no questions asked.

The warranty applies to hardware failures under the operating conditions agreed at commissioning — which includes an environmental risk assessment covering acts of nature. The following are the key principles.
